1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FUDA.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FUDA is an AI-powered code editor platform offering:
- A VS Code extension with AI code completion
- A web-based chat interface
- OpenRouter integration for AI model access (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key)
- Premium features via paid subscription plans
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Free Plan
The Free plan provides access to basic features at no cost and may be modified at any time.
4.2 Paid Plans (Pro, Squad, Team)
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice
- Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Squad and Team plans support multiple users with per-user pricing
4.3 Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your chosen billing cycle.
4.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods
4.5 Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By using the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you waive this right upon commencement of the service.
5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
FUDA operates on a BYOK model. You provide your own API keys for AI services (such as OpenRouter, OpenAI, etc.). FUDA does not provide AI credits.
- You are responsible for the costs incurred with third-party AI providers
- Your API keys are transmitted securely and never stored in plain text
- FUDA is not responsible for any charges from third-party AI services
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to distribute malware or spam
- Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with FUDA are the property of the editor. You retain ownership of any code you create using the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- FUDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- FUDA is not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the Service
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent French courts.
